SNDBX has recently partnered with Halcyon and Kenyatta University to develop a Coalition for Climate Entrepreneurship (CCE) Nairobi Innovation Hub.

It was ushered in through an insightful inauguration launch graced by by Special Representative Dorothy McAuliffe of the US State Department as well as awesome speakers including Dan Barker (Halcyon), Joram Mwinamo (SNDBX), Mwangi Maina (Kenyatta University) and Danielle D Morris (AWS).

The promotion of climate entrepreneurship stands as a shared objective for the Office of Global Partnerships at the U.S. Department of State, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kenyatta University, SNDBX and Halcyon. Thanks to these collaborations, the launch of the Nairobi Climate Hub and Africa Startup Showcase was a success with attendance from Key stakeholders from various ecosystems.

We also extend our congratulations to the Africa Food & Ag-Tech fellows for their outstanding showcase! Witnessing their innovative, world-changing ventures was an honor and a testament to their hard work and commitment to solving social issues facing our communities.
