- Have structures, systems and processes. Put you house in order. This demonstrates that you are prepared to take the next challenge.
- Have skilled team that is capable to deliver its mandate.
- Ensure all necessary legal, commercial and operational documents are in place.
- Start your preparation early. Fundraising takes time so you’d like to start the process in good time to get the funding when you really need it.
- Master the art of pitching! First impressions go a long one and you want to create a really good one.
