Since its inception in early 2022, the Kivuli Experts Development Program has served as the backbone of growth and excellence within the SNDBX expert community. Designed as a structured space for reflection, learning, and continuous improvement, Kivuli was founded on the realization that the diverse expertise required to solve business challenges already exists within SNDBX and that experts can intentionally leverage this ecosystem to grow one another’s enterprises.

Meaning “shade” in Swahili, Kivuli embodies a safe and supportive environment where experts can pause, recalibrate, and strengthen both their craft and their businesses. Through a comprehensive process that begins with a business health check and extends into a 360° assessment, the program identifies individual and organizational growth gaps, followed by targeted training to address them. From strengthening business systems to cultivating self-leadership, Kivuli equips experts not only to refine and articulate their expertise, but also to build sustainable enterprises through peer-driven knowledge exchange, creating a ripple effect that strengthens SNDBX and the SMEs it serves.
